Annual Registrations must reflect the status of the buildings and apartments on April 1, 2025. Registrations may be submitted no earlier than April 1, 2025 and must be submitted no later than July 31, 2025. DHCR encourages owners and managers to take this opportunity to comply with the law and register their Rent Regulated units.
