Rockaway Village Apartments is a brand new, smoke-free, affordable housing development located in Queens Community Board 14 that features many amenities throughout several modern, elevator apartment towers. The project consists of 183 residential units located in two buildings. All units have dishwashers and air conditioning, and access to a large, beautiful, landscaped plaza. Additional buildings are under construction for future occupancy in later phases.
